We got our Rosie from Puppy Palace

We got our Rosie from Puppy Palace just a few days ago, and she is just a breath of fresh doggie air, LOL! Sheila and her staff do a great job of maintaining the facility. We went to Puppy Palace at least 3 times before making a decision and each time we were there my husband and I witnessed the enclosures being cleaned and fresh water and food consistently being replaced each time.

I found my newest family member here at The Puppy Palace!! Extremely clean facility, staff was super friendly & transparent! Never hesitated to answer any of my questions about my new puppy! My puppy was clearly very well taken care of by their knowledgeable staff! Owners were gracious & kind as well!! I would recommend The Puppy Palace to anyone looking for another family member! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you again for making my home an even happier one!! ❤️❤️❤️

The Puppy Palace, the name fits. If you are looking for an addition to your family, you must stop in. I am a Sales Trainer, as such I tend to critique every facet of the buying process and experience. In this case I have none. When you are there, they make you feel like you are extending your family not just purchasing a pet. Also I must say the facility is the cleanest I have ever seen. When I speak on how important great customer service is, this is what I am speaking about. I find most places you buy from believe in good customer service before the sale, but after, you are on your own. The owner takes the time to check in with you and your pup to make sure all is well and may even offer tips to ensure a wonderful experience with your new member to the family. I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for my new pup Louie the 3rd.
